Does anyone from Xmind actually reads these post?

Seems to me that nothing really gets a reply in here... Just curious to know if it actually does something or if this is equivalent to throwing a message in a bottle in the sea....

  But looks like the XMind team forgot about this place for good. They are too busy shitposting on Facebook.

  I have had numerous support issue - the minimum turn around time has been 3 days which was not good but the issue was Sev 3.    Today I have a Sev 1 - no reply yet after 8 hours. 

  My Sev1  is my file which I have been working on for the last 6 days, using XMind WEB, appears to have not saved.  I don't have a backup and cannot find any location for the file.  I sure hope XMind backs up their system and can recover the file.  Has anyone got an ideas how to find the file?
