Arrow keys of Num-Pads don't work

The arrow keys of Num-Pads which is located right side in full-sized keyboard doesn't work while moving arround the cells.  I think it is a bug.  The four arrows keys works well while  text editing in the cell.

  This is true for me as well (Linux/Ubuntu 22.04). Interestingly the PageUp and PageDown keys on the numpad do work (as long as numlock is off, of course), and these generate different keycodes to the usual PageUp/Down keys.
