How do i copy a sub topic (and all its sub topics) from one map and use it to be the central topic of a new map?

I have a map with a number of sub-topics and sub-sub topics underneath them. I want to take one of the main branches and use it to create a brand new map.

How do i do that?

Ideally is houdl be able to just copy the sub-topic and past into a blank new map but I cant do that. It always stays as a sub-topic.

  Gurpritpal, you can solve it in this way.

  1. Right-click the topic of your choice
  2. Select "New Sheet From Topic" (this creates a new sheet with the topic set as central)
  3. Click the arrow on the new sheet and select "Save Sheet As..." (this saves the sheet as a new map file)
