Markdown export options to always use headings for subtopics

Exporting as maskdown in XMind: ZEN is really nice. But it creates markdowns as follows

# Central Topic

## Main Topic 1

### Subtopic 1

- Subtopic 1-1

- Subtopic 1-1-1
- Subtopic 1-1-2

Nesting level 4(Subtopic 1-1) is written as list. Level 5(Subtopic 1-1-1) is written by the same list as level 4. The nesting information was lost.

I think it's better to provide an option to alwasys use headings(#### and #####) for subtopics to keep nesting information. Of course the default should be the current output formatting.

#### Subtopic 1-1

##### Subtopic 1-1-1
##### Subtopic 1-1-2

  And the current conversion from a mindmap cannot be imported as markdown by XMind: Zen because list(-) is not treated as subtopic in a mindmap. I think a reversible conversion is more useful.

  The same goes for word exports. Go from lists to headings whenever possible.

  Hi, definitely need this.
  Any news?
  Maybe you can choose the lower level to have headings.
  If this is possible even by passing variables to app please suggest because it is a truly changing game feature.

  This is the best semantics as far as structure is concerned, please adopt this suggestion.
