XMind G-Suite Marketplace/Google Drive

I just installed XMind in G-Suite Marketplace. However, I cannot find a way to start the app. The one-and-done display at the end of the installation says to choose "Open With," and then find XMind. That option does not exist.

Normally, from Google Drive, I click New -> More and my installed apps are displayed, I choose one and it opens. Alternatively, there is the App Launcher (3x3 dot button on top right corner of page) but XMind is not there either.

What am I missing? This shouldn't be this hard.

  I have the same issue - I'd like to be able to share my .xmind documents with my colleagues on our company Google Drive - but it won't allow them to be viewed and it won't launch a licensed copy of XMind either from the google drive file.  I'd like to use Xmind Zen and have my department (I'm the design director) use it as well but this is a blocker for me/us.   Hopefully someone will address our question.

  I keep checking back here every week or so.  This is seriously stopping me from adopting Xmind 2020 at my workplace for all employees, it is just a big workflow pain right now.  I've looked for work-arounds for this but haven't found any.  Michael, any luck on your end?
