Revisions don't display

In Xmind8 when I save my mindmap and open Editing History I only see one version. Each time I hit save the revision updates but I can't see any previous revisions in the list and therefore can't preview previous versions. Do I need to change a setting or save in a different way?

Normally, if you edit and update the mind map on the same day, the revision will be replaced.
In order to prevent the file from being too large, the storage mechanism of the file editing history in XMind 8 is:
Only the latest version on the last day will be saved, then the latest version of the edited file in the last week (excluding one day), then the latest version in the last month, then the latest version in the last year. -
I'm currently using Xmind 2021, exact version: 202111071943.
I would love to be able to see which branches I've edited on which dates over time. Is this something that is planned for the software? When I was reading this post it made me wonder if Xmind had something like this at one time and maybe I'm just not finding it?
