Size (width) of outline side bar window should be adjustable

Since some outlines cannot be read full line due to small outline side bar window I propose that the width of the outline window can be adjusted (enlarged).

  "suggest"? It MUST be done! With current size it is almost useless...

   

  Was here to find out how it can be enlarged and am almost shocked, that it is apparently not possible.

  Indeed, the ability to resize panels would make the UI more flexible and user friendly.
