We can set start and end date - I wish there were reminders or at least possibility to automatically colour mark tasks that are due and over-due (e.g. yellow / red) until marked as "complete"

  I agree, reminders would make me buy this app, especially if it's integrated with Apple's existing mac/iOS reminders app.  Pushing to existing mac/IOS app would be more useful than creating a new reminders feature in Xmind.
