Xmind Pro 8 Slide export to PowerPoint
I've created a slideshow in Xmind 8 Pro. I want to export that slideshow to PowerPoint. I'm using the drop-down on the left side of the screen under the "Story" window that exports the slides to PowerPoint.
However, I keep getting an "invalid thread access" error when I try to do so. I am using a windows 10 machine at work. I've tried saving to various drives, my desktop, etc, and also tried saving to various versions of PPT.
Please help.

It is a bug of XMind 8 Update 9 and we'll fix it in our next release. Could you please try XMind 8 Update 8 Portable version?
Please download it at http://www.xmind.net/xmind/downloads/xmind-8-update8-windows.zip
After unzipping the downloaded package to a clear folder, please double click the XMind.exe file to launch XMind without installation.

“Invalid thread access” Error
Version: XMind 8 Update 9 (R3.7.9.201912052356)
On exporting a Story to PowerPoint as above, reported 2 years ago, I get “Invalid thread access” Error and cannot export. This is a major component of XMind 8. Is this software no longer being updated, or are bug fixes not being addressed anymore? I see update 9 was 2019 and you now have a subscription model for a different version. Have I bought an old version that is no longer maintained?
