Xmind web cannot create or open files

Please check that web app cannot creat new xmd files or open any files exited in the xmind space（files in outsource cloud no issue)

  Could you please advise more information to check?

  Which browser did you use to open or create the files on Xmind Works Storage? Do you have this issue on other browsers?

  Could you please send us a video recording of your issue to check?
