Cannot share

Hi All,

I am trying to share my mindmap from Xmind2022 and nothing seems to end up in my account under maps?.. no error nothing..

  Hi Sigurdur,

   

  We suggest that you try the following steps first.

  1 Log out your account from Help> Sign Out in XMind 

  

  2 Sign in from Help> Sign In in XMind

  3 Try to share a private link from File>share>XMind share

  

  4 Sign out your account in XMind website https://www.xmind.net/

  

  5 Sign in your account in XMind website https://www.xmind.net/

  6 Check whether your private link is available in "My Maps"

  

  If you still fail to see your mind map in "My Maps", please provide following details with us

  1. attach your mind map for a test.

  2. share diagnostic data from “Help>Feedback”. We need to get the log file to examine the problem.
